    I can't rate Dave and his team at All Rural Mechanical higher! They are a Fulcrum Service Agent and after busting a Fulcrum Formula shock on the Gibb River Road in WA, they were super helpful in fitting me into their busy schedule for a warranty swap out and airbag replacement when I couldn't get the same help in Broome. I drove 3000km from WA as I was heading to Darwin anyway and their service was fantastic, got the job done and good as new. Was a 3 day air freight from Brisbane Fulcrum, happy with that, good warranty support from Fulcrum except for freighting the wrong shock initially. Thanks Dave very much, keep doing what your doing

    Took my car in for a service and to inspect a sound my car had been making. Excellent friendly service and was provided a loan car for the day. Definitely would recommend. Attention to detail and friendly service

    Dave and the boys were a god send, engineering a solution to my Jeeps control arm bushes. This saved my thousands and they were able to fit me in super quick, No one else in Darwin would assist. I was supplied with a car to use for the day and the job was well done, Thanks Dave and Team, sorry it took me so long to write this review.

    They treat me like a human not a dumb chick! The staff at ARM know their stuff and are happy to share their knowledge with the customer - I don't feel insignificant or useless when talking to them.
    They installed my fulcrum lift and reviewed my airbag install
